Privacy Policy — Gravwell

Overview

Gravwell (“the App”) is a roguelike deck-building game that works entirely on your device. It collects no personal data, has no accounts, and does not connect to the internet.

Data Collection

Gravwell collects zero personal data.

The App stores only your game state locally on your device using Apple's UserDefaults:

• Run Progress: Your current deck, map position, health, and combat state — stored so you can resume a run in progress.
• Meta Progress: Unlocked pilots, Ship Log discoveries, achievements, and lifetime statistics.
• Preferences: Audio volume, haptic intensity, and display settings.

This data never leaves your device. There are no accounts, no cloud sync, and no way for us to access it.

The App does not:

• Collect any personal information
• Connect to the internet for any reason
• Require or offer account creation
• Use analytics or third-party tracking services
• Display advertisements
• Track your location
• Access your contacts, photos, or any device data

Data Storage

All data is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's UserDefaults. Nothing is transmitted, synced, or backed up to any server. Deleting the App removes all stored data permanently.

Third-Party Services

Gravwell uses no third-party services. It has zero external dependencies and makes no network requests.

Permissions

Gravwell requests no device permissions. It does not access your camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, or any other device capability.

Children's Privacy

Because Gravwell collects no personal data and does not require an account, it is safe for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.

Data Retention

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control. Deleting the App permanently removes all stored data. There is no cloud data to manage or delete.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this privacy policy, we will post the new policy here with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
